Postage

 PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE PANDEMIC THERE MAY BE SOME DELAYS ON THE USUAL DELIVERY TIME.

  • Within India - Items will be sent via India Post registered mail. Delivery will be 3 working days. An email will be sent to you on the day the order is shipped. 
  • International - Items will be sent via India Post registered mail. Generally delivery will be 10 working days.
    Please be aware that items being sent outside of India may incur local customs duties and taxes. Payment of taxes is the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery

Depending on availability of the item ordered, we aim to dispatch within 10 working days of purchase.
Between Christmas and the New Year, any order placed will be delayed in production until the New Year as the studio is closed over this time.
If an order is returned to us due to the postal or courier service not being able to complete the delivery for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.
If items are delivered damaged, such damage must be reported to Jaali by email (info@jaaligoa.com) within 48 hours of receipt for any claim for compensation to apply.

 

Quality

As all items in our collections are hand-made, there may be some very minor variations between the pieces.
Please note that we use natural semi-precious gemstones in our jewellery and therefore inclusions (what looks like small cracks) within the stones are expected. This does not imply damage to the stone, nor lack of quality, but rather speaks to the organic matter of the materials used.   

 

Care

Garments and bedding
There are washing instructions included in your package. If hand-wash or cold machine wash then please use a mild detergent.
Jewellery
Our jewellery is sterling silver and 22 carat gold vermeil. All stones are semi-precious. As gold plating is not permanent, the longevity of the product is in your hands. Please follow these care guidelines: Keep jewellery separate from other jewellery during storage, and in a soft protective environment. Do not get jewellery wet (refrain from swimming, washing, showering, etc). Remove jewellery whilst sleeping. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on faded gold vermeil.

 

Returns 

We really hope that you are thrilled with your online Jaali purchase. We advise you to please inspect your purchases on receipt, before removing any tags or disposing of any packaging, and to please inform us of any breakages or defects via email (info@jaaligoa.com) within 48 hours of receipt of the items. If you would like to change the size, or are not satisfied and would like to return your item, we would be extremely grateful if you could please ensure the following:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order if bought online.
  1. Inform us by email that you intend to return the item and the reasons (info@jaaligoa.com)
  2. Please use a reliable service to return the goods with. As a small business our stock is very low so we do need the items returned within 14 days.  
  3. Items must be returned, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the original packaging with tags still attached.
  4. We reserve the right to deny credits if returns are damaged, marked or altered in any way and do not meet out returns requirements.
  5. Once the item has been inspected, you will then be refunded on the same card with which you paid originally within three days of receipt.
  6. Please make sure that the item is returned via a signed for service.
  7. Postage and insurance for the returned item is the responsibility of the customer and Jaali cannot be held liable for returns that do not arrive.
